Good place to take a break from travel on Chitradurga to Hospet highway. We can see TB Dam back water and a beautiful garden here. Rainy season it looks awesome full of water and greenery. In summer there is not much water stored so we can go to backspace and spend some time other than the garden area and watch a beautiful view of sunset.

On the bank of river tungbhandara short of Hospete city Gunda Tree park is developed.
It's a nice place to visit and locals enjoy the place as a picnic spot. A small entry fees one need to pay for roaming around the park.
Good place to spend up to 1 hour. Entry fee of 10 per adult and 100 RS is charged for SLR/Camera. We visited here before visiting TB dam which is only 20 minutes of driving from here. Ideal to visit by evening to enjoy lake view and sunset. Visiting here mid-afternoon during sunny days/season won't be a good idea as there is less shelter.
Very easy to find the park as it's located by the side of the highway. Crowd was very less when we visited and there is no parking fee.
Backqaters of Tungabhadra with fantastic garden and play area.
Nice Sun set point and a small park. Suggested for family. You can take food inside and spend a good time. But do take care by not littering the area and use the dustbins. Best time to spend is 1-2 hrs before sun set. A small shop is available inside where you can get biscuits and soft rinks.
The place is really awesome to visit during mid September or by end of rainy season. The park is situated beside the end of Hampi express highway , entry fee is very less I.e., Rs.10. I highly recommend to visit this place. Suitable for all age groups from kids to adults. The park has a playgroundfor children too. Inshot, a place to spend nice time with your loved ones. (Planning to revisit this place by end of September).
Very nice place sandwiched between highway and waterbody(Tungabhadra reservoir) People commuting on the highway can get off chasis and be relaxed here. Entry ticket is rs 10 per adult. Playing systems for kids is available inside the park. Lush greenery forest is covering the maximum part of the land of the park. View of reservoir from this place resembles to that of any sea.
