This hotel is really very nice and friendly!!
Firstly the room and heater was absolutely cleaned and perfectly working!
Secondly all the staff was so helpful with any difficulty if faced.
Thirdly the food is too delicious including the dinner and the breakfast....you will get what you would have expected in the hotel!

Delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. The heating temperature was nice keeps me warm all the time. The service we received was so amazing , they made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience and the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and too hygienic. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming.
Atmosphere is chill and cool , considering the quality, the price is reasonable , excellent property and very convenient to activities.
I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.
1. They often given top floor to couples with no view and no lift.
2. Room heater not at all working. Had to spend entire night in cold weather. On complaining, manager said that heater just got some Mechanical issues and engineer couldn't come from Srinagar.
3. Hot water issues. Hot water not coming even at their prescribed time.
4. No doubt, the hotel food was really good.
5. Some staff cooperative, while some staff adamant.
6. Room on top floor very small.
7. Parking issues as approach road is narrow.
8. Be aware while dealing with hotel manager or locals for any sight seeing or going to gondola ride.
Only go for gondola trip and not for any local nearby sight seeing as there's nothing except scenery for which they charge 2000-3000 per person trip on ATV bike.
The best part of this hotel is food

Very nice property.
Rooms are specious and also very quickly responding staff.
All staff very much welcomed when arrived. Specially Mr. JAVED give very good attentive n responded when we came for dinner n breakfast.

The hotel had good food, good heating, and provided a nice and comfortable stay. The ambience was great, rooms were clean, and the staff was really good. Plus, the view from the room was amazing! Highly recommend it for a wonderful experience!

We have stayed at this beautiful hotel. The view is just great and is very easily accessible. The staff is very cooperative and warm. Add on, the food was really great. Irshad, Nasir and Showkat were absolutely great staff you would ever expect.
