Worst experience of traveling I have ever had. Pathetic it was! While booking there was no sleeper seats available but in between the destination people would come and sleep paying whatever their staff asks for. So many loopholes in the management, unfair system. The behaviour of the staff is certainly not acceptable. Never travelling again with Gujarat travels,I don't recommend you their service.

I wish there was option for 0 stars! Zero management services and disrespectful behaviours for their own mistakes. Was supposed to receive parcel in the morning but never got one! Went there to collect 4 times but everytime the guy said it will be there in 10-20-30 and the parcel had medicines needed . Their own mistakes got the bus locked and no information being updated or shared! Own their mistakes and be respectful to customers! Not advisable at all
