Nice service. Recently new buses are very luxuriouse and comfortable. Bus arrived and depatured are timely. All admin staff are well disciplined and well trained. I enjoyed very much on trip. Buses are running between the Bhavnagar and Rajkot.

The buses are decent but not excellent. Charging ports should have been provided. Also the staff is not friendly at all instead behaves very rudely as if I am asking for a free ticket. Also the drivers refuse to drop in between and only stops the bus at all dropping point. I has no baggage at the back of the bus i just told the driver to slow the vehicle at the side of the road so that i can deboard but he refused and kept on moving until a deboarding point was reached. Teach your staff to be polite.
Worst service experience. So many mosquitos in the bus. Rude behaviour of driver. Driver has no traffic sense.
Hello all of Gujarat travels customer how are travelling by a bus no GJ04AW8800 which is travelling from bhavnagar to dwarka, all then is that this bus condition is so bad for travelling we wait for 4 hour at rajkot near 150 ring road, punit nagar, panina taka same, rajkot gear name shri hari ac service men have no knowledge about ac service. Gujarat travels was Gujarat first ranking travels but service is so bad no ac working till the trip. And Gujarat travels onwer also not receiving calls of customer also at midnight 3:00 o'clock. So all thing is that for onwer that please take care of customer.

NEVER USE THIS BUS Very Bad & Disappointing Service by Staff. I mentioned to book my ticket for next day 2pm bt Staff person did mistake & make the ticket for running day & took money from me. When i was checking ticket i saw that staff person did mistake so i used to call on office bt they are not giving valid answer & they told me that we can't help you its not our problem etc... They are not giving money back or not giving me ticket for next day. Very bad & cheap service. Be aware from this kind travel agency
