It's a holy place where Sri Ramalingeshwara temple located. This is the place people can enjoy with waterfalls in rainy season.

Its good place near to Hyderabad. You can take darshan of lord Shiva and spend 2-4 hrs nearby rocks with water flowing. Kids will enjoy. Can visit after rainfall and before winter ends. No shops etc. So carry food+ water. Not enough space for parking if lot of rush. Visited on 1st Jan 2021. Kids enjoyed in flowing water over rocks.

Place is good for a weekend getaway. Better to go in rainy season so that you can see water in the lake. The temple which is located adjacent to it is a very good one and a bit small. Better to go on weekends. Couples should be bit careful. Try to leave the place before it gets dark.
