The best part was the decoration, and the food quality was good, they should have invested some more time to make those meals more tasty... Moreover i would rate 8/10...

Worst experience ! I ordered Kolkata style chicken dum biryani! It came in a normal polythene and wrapped in an aluminium foil.. With no swiggy tag and No name tag of their Restaurant!!!!!! Very poor quality and they gave a big piece of dry chicken breast piece and the biryani also didn't taste good it had no flavour added. As today is Dasami ! So they provided offer of Rs 150 .. The original price was Rs 355 including tax and delivery charges the order amount to Rs 235.. I was literally confused whether it was from Grill nation or it was from somewhere else... Every other restaurant they atleast have their name tag on their food orders! I thought as it had no name might be the delivery boy has mismatch so I tried to confirm with the restaurant itself. I called them and whosoever picked up the call I explained him the entire thing I wanted to know whether they provide name tag or not... But that person was rude not even listening properly and misbehaved . he told they can't provide name tag on every order !!!.. Obviously as a customer it will be our concern whether it's from the right restaurant or not and also the quality of the food was worse.. Ruined my Dasami night's dinner!!! And when I tried to say they should provide a name tag so that one can understand it's from their restaurant he got angry and shouted on me.. then he said if you have any query regarding the food order go and ask for refund on swiggy! Disappointed and unacceptable behaviour! If you can't provide good quality of food and don't make people fool by providing offer first and then giving the worst quality.. It's like you are showing "We are providing the best biryani on low price " which is NOT EXACTLY ! NEXT TIME ANYONE WANTS TO PLACE ORDER BIRYANI FROM GRILL NATION KINDLY ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!!

I tried chello kabab..against food bloggers' recommendation but found most worst so called mutton kabab. The kabab was high salty and dry. Literally they just don't know how to prepare seekh kababs. Really disappointed! The taste of Blue Lagoon beverage was also taste less. Even, some local shop drinks are far better than them. Just found the normal tandoor chicken tikka in good taste but, they didn't not serve hot.

Overall experience was awesome. Food was awesome, moreover their barbeque has veg and non veg item. Prawn was not fresh (i think) rest all are good. Dessert was awesome specifically gulab jamun

Today I visited on a occasion of my family program., The experience I felt hear is terrible. Bad experience on food, not at all tasty, staff behavior very bad.. really hearting while attending a relatives occasion. Not recommended for any occasion.. simply west of money.

If I talk about food then starter was good compared to main courses. Little bit time taking even though not much rush was there. Service quality is average. Good option if you want to try in a new restaurant.

It was the day after Dashami and there wasn't much happening around the town, small clubs were the only ones doing the Durga Visarjan while the big ones were busy preparing for the Carnival of Durga Visarjan. At that moment a good number of food joints as well as restaurants were closing away due to less sales. It was at the moment we decided to go to this place. After entering the premises we took a table at the corner. Then we saw that at the table the menu wasn't even updated and the waiter wasn't even coming to take our order. So I had to go to the reception to order. Then after getting some details about the menu, I ordered Fried Chicken Wings (x 1) in the starter then Mixed Veg Fried Rice (x 1) , Nun (x 1) and Mutton Kosha (x 1) for the main course. We had to wait for quite some time to get our order and we even saw people at the other end frustrated with getting their order and they were going to leave but the waiter persuaded them to wait for a bit. We then got our order, about its taste the chicken wings were presented beautifully also it was sprinkled with chopped coriander. There was a tangy sweet taste from the wings ( I guess they've fried them with Soya sauce) , then the mixed veg fried rice and nun, they tasted as usual like the others at other places. Although there was too much corn in the rice which I found to be annoying personally. At the Mutton Kosha, it came with four pieces of meat in it and the gravy was good in taste for the spiciness from it. About the ambience of the place, it was kind of generic although I liked the light on top of our table, they were playing music from the trending ones( which we hear nowadays on Instagram). Moreover it was really convenient for us to pay our bills through UPI. Finally it was my first time visiting there and I wasn't truly happy with the way we were treated and also saw others being treated and even the menu was limited and there wasn't much to choose from and I didn't expect from a place like this. Although I don't want to blame them wholly as I felt that there was a shortage of staff at that moment as well as the customers kept coming as other places were closed out. Thus if I visit this place in the coming days then I hope I won't be treated as I was before.

Seeing all the good reviews Went there to celebrate a friend's birthday. But my experience was not that great. Reasons are - * First of all . dyeing area was suffocating, despite the ACs we start sweating, maybe the ACs are not well maintained. * There were a lot of flying insects and mosquitoes. *And the main thing is, the food doesn't taste as great and authentic as I am very particular about the authenticity of the dishes * Hospitality was average. I asked a waiter to give us chilled water , he said they don't have chilled water , they only have normal water. But a table beside us get chilled water . * The last and confusing thing is , I asked them to serve us the cake,but when the cake served , It seemed that the quantity of cake was less
