I had booked a room online and already done the payment. And when I reached there they demanded 1200 extra or asked me to get myself out... They told they have no collaboration with oyo and they don't know who I have paid..then I called the oyo customer care and complained about them just in front. And after that they agreed on 800 extra.. Worst experience ever. And that too not funny at 9:30 evening and 2-3 degrees outside. Getting rejected from an pre booked room
Horrible experience. Prepaid room from oyo,only to ask by receptionist to pay 150% more or sleep on road at 10PM in the night. In terms of services, this room is expensive even if you get it for free, unwashed towels, smelly rooms, rude and violent staff.

Very bad experience. I already paid online but after reaching they told to pay extra 400.And the workers there are very rude and horrible room unwashed bed sheets dirty rooms. There is nothing nice about this place.
They charge 1k extra. Bathroom are dirty. Taps are broken. Switches are broken. Tables are very old. Even AC is making noises Manager as well as servants are very much rude..

1.Asked for extra money on check-in
2.Room,Bed,Blanket,Pillow had visible stain marks on them and they had mouse like smell.
3.Washroom was not clean and good.
4.Lighting was poor.
5.You can't enjoy your stay.
6.Staff have there excuses ready for any problem you mention.

While booking they will charge less amount and when you reach here the manager will ask for more money otherwise they will not allow us to check in. Don't ever come here coz these guys are fraud.
