The room conditions are really bad, they are really dirty. And the service is really bad. You need to wait for almost 2 and a half hours to get your food and you have to keep asking them about your order. The staff isn't friendly and the food isn't even worth the wait. This place is very overpriced and very bad. I recommend you to please find somewhere else for your stay.

Mr. Maniknandan Guptan at the front office with his bright welcome smile is always willing to do that extra bit to ensure a super comfortable stay. I have known him from Taj Club House and he carries the same warmth. Would also like to mention about Mr. Vishal from the front office team for the same warm welcome and customer-centric attitude. Chef Mr. Siddharth Pandey is absolutely passionate about making guests feel at home with his food. He curates a menu to your taste and tops it up with his kitchen stories. This time I got a room on the renovated 7th floor and the experience was super. The earlier 2 times I got old rooms which certainly need maintenance and am sure Taj would do that soon!! All in all a great hotel for business or leisure!!

Small but good.. This place will be best for small birthday party or any kind of party like Anniversary and all with capacity of max 100 to 150 people comfortable.. Open air and indoor both facilities are available.. A.C. and even hotel rooms are also good and comfortable with clean bathrooms... Food was good. We ordered butter nuns but they by mistake gave us kulchas we did not notice as they were many of us and many food items n we had started partaking in it only to be interrupted by a waiter who just took the plate from our table without saying anything. When we asked he told we gave it to you by mistake so he took it. We said that's very rude you can put that in the bill no big deal atleast don't take away from the table without explaining anything.Even though the senior management apologized we asked for the rude waiter who refused to come out from the kitchen when he was called out.

A decent place in the crowded city center of Guwahati. Though exterior is not attractive at all, once you step inside, it's really a different place. Staff are well groomed and has a smiling face. Even though the restaurant is not very spacious, the seating gives you lavish space while dining. Ideal for small groups and families. Children may find the place not very comfortable. Food is reasonably priced and tastes good.

Butter chicken served here consists of old tasteless chicken. Also other dishes served here were as tasteless as said before. Only the saving graces were the ambience and the Tandoori chicken dish served which tasted really well. I visited this place on 25/12/2019. No intention to visit this place again.
