Good environment and service by Nadeem and Angelin are appreciable. But they have a fluke membership process. I was told about a lifetime membership when I paid for it. And now they are telling me my number doesn't exist in their system and I need to pay again for membership. Very unprofessional membership process. Planning not to visit green trends in future.

They are not doing facial properly. They are taking the full amount and not doing the massage. Chennai's green trends is better than marthandam's green trends

Visited Marthandam branch recently, amazed by the services of the team especially by sisters Sheela and Nalini. Appreciate the cleanliness of the place and professionalism of all staffs. Excellent place for those who look for perfect services.

I visited this place during pandemic season. They allowed the customers inside oly after cheking temperature, they do provide sanitizers. Mask is must. Social distance maintained seat allocation at the lobby. They have QR scanned virtual brochures for rate cards instead of booklets to avoid exchanges. Also they pasted the rate cards on wall everywhere. Polite & good customer service.

I went there on 4th June 2023 for a haircut. They did the job well. But the receptionist behave badly with me. After doing haircut i went to the reception to pay my bill. The receptionist asked me for phone number and I told them i don't want to provide phone number. Then she told me that phone number is needed to generate bill (actually phone number is not needed). She wrote down that phone number in a record book(computer was there to show people and she did nothing with that computer). After getting my phone number and charged a huge amount from me she didn't give the bill to me. She is very rude when I asked for the bill amont breakdown. She must undergo some customer service coaching before standing there in the reception. Men there doing haircuts are good in my opinion. Whats the point spending extra money in a brand like greentrends (marthandam) which provide worst customer service when many local barbershop owners proving the same level of haircuts????
