Staff assumed that I'm pranking on them, I think there is a staff already working there got same name as me and when I tried to book a room, they've replied vulgar language, as my patience was good on that day I tried calling them again, explained that this is for real, but same thing happened, And I know they've got very good google reviews and that's the reason I want to book a room there ,but didn't expect this. the management should be ready to answer the police as I'm going to file a complaint.
Well behaved staff and location in the heart of city near by all the city connectivity.

I would like to mention Vegneesh who helped a lot during the stay. I stayed almost more than 15 nights as a regular guest . Rooms are comfortable , clean , hygiene all maintained.
But one thing as a regular guest room rate should be given discounted rate.

Room was small compared to other rooms. Room was clean and good. High mosquitoes too much. When you just open door for a minute 20-30 mosquitoes come inside. Even in the lifts also always surrounded by mosquitoes.

The room itself was clean, which was a definite plus. However, it was a bit disappointing that we had to request housekeeping to clean the room every time. On the bright side, the air conditioning, TV, and geyser were all functioning correctly, which made for a comfortable stay.
In terms of breakfast, my experience was average. The hotel offered a few options, but nothing particularly outstanding. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. However, given the price point of the hotel and the overall experience, I wasn't expecting a gourmet breakfast.
If you're someone who places a high priority on breakfast or dining options in general, this may not be the hotel for you. However, if you're looking for a basic breakfast to start your day, it should suffice.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was decent. While there were a few minor inconveniences, the location and cleanliness of the room made up for it. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel in a convenient location, this one could be a good choice for you.

Booked online and had paid fully. Landed there morning 6:00 am to be informed that the rooms are not vacant. They bluntly told me to stay in their branch at T nagar. Worst service. do not book here guys
