One of the best hotel stays of my life. The moment we entered the hotel we were greeted by a lovely man who escorted us to the reception. The receptionists were also very friendly. Don't even get me started on the rooms, sooo good. We had a very long journey and this hotel made us feel relaxed. We didn't even want to leave the hotel at one point cause we got amazing food as well
We had a good time at this hotel. Stated with my family for 3 nights. Rooms are properly arranged. Food is very yummy. Staffs are very friendly. Hotel is inside the town so that we can easily accessable every sighting places and all.
I had a stay with family at munnar in the hotel. Room amenities are not proper. They do not even provide a chair in the room. Rules are very strict. For a dirty towel they charged 300 from me.
In the price range or even at lower range one can better rooms with good location.
I sincerely suggest not to go for this hotel in munnar.
Staying here is not a very issue, Rooms are of good size, Bathrooms had some filthy smell.
Although, bathroom size was small. Provided torned towels which were changed later on.
Ketli was in common area, which was removed at 10 pm. This should be for 24 hrs or in rooms only.
Breakfast was nice, here also they believe in serving cold. They just prepare and keep it .
Overall experience was good, service needs to be improved.

The hotel is quite well and the dinner service was so good we had a great time there.
Hotel located in the middle of moonnar city. Parking lot was always busy. We have to find another place for parking ( only rushtime). Basement restaurant capacity 25 to 30 people only. And the rates little bit higher than outside.. Food was good and hot.
We take two rooms. Inside the bathroom smoking smell. So check the rooms before you take......
Had a good time at green ridge. Staffs are very friendly. Food is very tastey. Near to the city centre. Easily accessible to the sightseeing places.

Lovely little place to have breakfast for 300 rupees after a long hard bus journey with little sleep. Very welcoming staff, allowed us to sit in the lounge and recharge. Breakfast was nice, loved the bhatura.
