One of the worst gym experience I've ever had No trainers available(2 are there without knowing any workout just to sit and eat ) No one will assist you. I don't know how a gym charging a huge amount without having proper trainers. Overall the gym ambience is average with worst trainers.

I don't know about others, but for me joining this gym was worst experience for me. Equipment are not good. The gym trainer is very rude. One day he told me and my friends, that we cannot do gym more then 1 hour because for us 3 guys the gym is getting crowded, that was his point. He is telling that its his gym and he makes the rules there. This guy is not even a certified trainer. He is the gym owners relative may be. He will be always running after the girls in the gym, that's all his doing in the gym. If you ask him some thing to teach you he will tell you some wrong exercise and quickly go the the girls for chitchatting. I am just sharing the real experience. My suggestion will be, please don't join this gym. Total waste of money and time.

Would rate it in negative if that's an option! Will Not recommend to get your membership as they dont maintain the equipments as per norms. Also, the trainers will take you for granted! None of them are professional! Had encountered unethical behaviour from the Trainer and his junior. They would use the terrace for other purposes where the exclusive women's gym is located. They even took our gym bag to get the liquor which was unprofessional and disgusting. Hope they dont continue the same which would cause more problems. No dietician available. They will not even assess your weight to see if you have made a progress. Will be treated better only during the initial phase. I dont think the gym has a certified trainer in it. Its your hard earned money so make a wise call.

It's a pretty sweet gym. They have some great offers and equipments and trainers are well maintained. They also possess a steam room which can be utilized and accessibility to any trainer is always open.

Perfect gym in that locatlity. Trainer r good nd all equipment now improved very well... For women's they have exclusive fitness in 3rd floor.. Well maintained. One of the best trainer sathish.. Good keep continuing..

Nice gym , reasonable price, love the hospitality there. Good spot to workout, good ambiance , well trained and friendly coaches. Comfortable and easy to workout there. The extra care the coaches give is great Keep doing the great job

One of the best GYM in pallikaranai. You have got great trainers and they treat you very well. Especially PT clients will be taken care with utmost priority. You have all equipment's with latest technology. Mr.Praveen(owner) has a good attitude and treats all clients with due respect. Over all BEST GYM in Pallikaranai. Get in tone yourself. Plan today execute same day. Never lose hope.
