We had an amazing 2 nights stay at Grand plaza . The hospitality is super. The staff is polite and supportive. Our check-in & check-out process was very smooth. The property is neat and clean. Food is tasty and the morning complimentary buffet has a good variety of dishes served.

I had a good & comfortable stay in Grand Plaza. The staffs were good and polite. Cleanliness was good. Location - Not very far from the tourist spots. We were very pleased with Mr Dayal's welcome & hospitality. We will recommend to our other friends & relatives .
We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Grand Plaza Munnar. Nice place with friendly staff. Especially the Front Office Manager Mr Dayalan connects with each guest and ensures that their stay is comfortable. Will definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay Since we were checking out early and missing the buffet breakfast, they packed sandwiches and fruits for us. This was really thoughtful of them and never have we been offered this during any of our stays in other hotels. Thank you once again
