Overall Experience is a memorial in my life. But sometimes there are light problems and the hotel dinning room does not have a heater but let's go. But a very Awesome hotel and the view.
Stayed here for 2 days in deluxe room during summer (September). Unlike the images the hotel construction is very poor. The rooms did not even have a fan - the temperature in summer isn't very cool that you can stay without even a fan. On request they did provide a small table fan but that wasn't very helpful since it covered only one side of the bed.
Breakfast and dinner was included as buffet. The food was just ok, and the food timing was very bad. Breakfast was available after 8.30-8.45 am and dinner after 8.45-9pm which did not suite our site seeing timings.
The location is decent - the hotel is by the main road - thought its hard to find its entrance. There is a stream by the side of the hotel where you can sit and enjoy a cup of tea.
My visits to Oranz Thai Spa in Udaipur are consistently excellent. The therapists are true professionals, and the Thai spa sessions are always rejuvenating. It's the best spa near me.
In the month of November resort is short of electric blankets and electric room heaters, what worst than this can happen to anyone. I'm still struggling with the staff. Detailed review will follow in few days. Do not fall for the location looking at the photos and videos.
Worst hotel rooms and staff. When we cancel our 2nd day booking due to smaller and worst room (8x8 feet) manager start misbehave and try to threaten us. So don't book rooms due to its location near river. You will definitely regret. Food is also worst (fungus in bread) water is colour ful in bathroom (yellow colour).
If there is 0 start option i wl go for that....
Third class constraction, food is given very less, you have to wait to get food....
Lack of hot water and fresh water......
No welcome drink....
No arrangement for tour guide and driver.....
Give only one blanket in 2 degree temperature
The hotel is okay. They call it a *** property but I would like to give 2 *only. The reason for giving it 2* only is because when we check in the hotel in the afternoon that time the bedsheet and quilt cover was not changed.
