Had a 3 day stay at Grand Hotel D' Europe. The stay was really nice. The hotel is inside the white town with all major cafes, flea market, beaches and tourist attractions in close vicinity. You could take a stroll around the white town and the beaches as these are nearby. Found the surroundings to be cleaner than its counterparts. The rooms are clean and are very beautiful quite unlike the pictures available online.The food was great and I suggest go for the seafood curries and French onion soup.

Beautiful property! Old world charm with all the luxuries of modern world! The rooms are beautifully done. Missed a bathtub which would have been a wonderful addition to an already excellent room. Service & food is great. It's at the heart of white town and you can walk to any of the local attractions easily. They can also arrange cabs for you for local tours. We booked a cab through them to visit Auroville and the experience was seamless. Would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Pondicherry!
Nice place to chill out with family, Best ambience and pleasant atmosphere. When comes to food I really enjoyed the pizza's and pasta even steak was much better... Even the service staffs are more polite. Overall it was a nice experience for me.
Best place to have delicious food. Price are quite reasonable. Mr. Muruganantham will be your host here and he is doing a fine job. Totally in love with the place and food Do try out if you ever pass by this amazing restaurant.

The food here is very yummy. The paneer makhani with jeera pulao and butter naan is definitely pocket friendly and worth every penny. Staff is very considerate and humble. Resembles French ambience and architecture at every corner. Definitely a good pit stop for a delicious meal
