Have been here thrice now. Every experience exceeds the previous one. An amazing property. The icing is the cinnamon restaurant team. Rose the senior staff here is a charm. Friendly and very understanding. Food is sumptuous. Big fan of their breakfast. Keep it up folks
Right on the highway who would have thought this place would be such a delight. Stayed there 1 night enroute to Kanyakumari and it was indeed a right decision. Lovely hotel, great food and very hospitable staff. Not to miss the spa. Felt like you are in the hills. Superb.
Really loved the stay. Hospitality and service is amazing. My son was very happy to meet Miss Tia, she was very friendly and caring he was sad when we left because he wanted to play with her more. He cried for 1hr in the car ride. We will be visiting soon.

Across various websites, this particular hotel was priced attractively, making it seem like we were getting a 4-star hotel for the price of a 3-star. However, when it came time to settle the bill, we felt deceived. The actual price was nearly double what was listed online! Everything, from a can of Pringles priced at 200 bucks to idlis costing 400 bucks, was exorbitantly marked up. To be fair, if you have money to spare, this place might be worth it. But if you, like us, were enticed by the seemingly affordable rates online and were expecting a value-for-money stay, you'd be sorely disappointed.
I'll say it's passable. Not doing justice for the 4 stars they boast. Service is good, but the rooms and cleanliness is lacking. Got room in 4th floor. The hallway was smelly and stains everywhere. Not vacuumed properly. Rooms can be cleaner. AC was not working properly. Bathrooms had stains all over, either salt stains or some green stains. Breakfast is okay! Can have if there are no other options, but there are lots of good restaurants nearby.
Rooms are spacious but not well maintained. We have found stains in front of room and no body cares. Room service and house keeping is below average. We have to keep on following them if u want things to happen. Stayed there for 2 days and day 1 breakfast was poor. There were no varieties at all and has been served in a small restaurant. But day 2 they served in a bigger restaurant and varieties were there. We had a extra guest and paid close to rs 700+ not at all worth. If u have guest meetings , pls don't take ur breakfast here. Reception team called meto check my check out time on day 1 itself even though I have booked for 2 days. No coordination at all.
I had visited Aalya Spa in Grand Estancia Hotel. Being received with a warm welcome & the hard work behind the interior design, gives you the confidence and comfort. My Kudos to both Ms.Kimi (Spa Manager), who took a great effort to suggest the right therapy for the body ache. Also, my appreciations to Ms.Lomi, who is a very talented professional masseur. In a scale of 5, I would rate Aalya Spa & the associated employees 5/5. Do book a slot, if you are staying in hotel or live in Salem and look for a professional spa experience.
