The room we were provided was horrible, room was very dark. No adequate ventilation or Light. Washroom was very small. No Hot water even if we keep the water running for 15 minutes as they tell you to do it will only become mild hot. Noise from other rooms keeps coming. The floor was sticky. Bed was dirty. We were finding random hair everywhere. And best of all there was lizard. Booked for 3 days but immediately cancelled it and moved to a new Hotel. Horrible stay, wouldn't recommend.

This is one of the best value for money hotels in Chennai at great location.I had an extended stay here and everything was just perfect. Each and Every staff makes your stay easy,convenient and comfortable.People at reception ( Hussain,ijas,dhanesh and Rajesh as well as the whole team) are just perfect,they know very well how to make a customer stay great and without any problems. The restaurant manager Mr. Ashok and team made our stay very good with brilliant food. All in all a great stay at a great hotel.

The costs are prohibitive. The room ( a Classic Room ) was small, the shower was not working. There was no hotwater. I was charged an extra RS.600/- for early check in. The hotel was located in the middle of a garbage dump. It is not worth it. Avoid this hotel. But the breakfast was good.

The hotel staff was very hospitable and well behaved. Food was really amazing and I would say that this was the best part off my stay. The TV had good enough channels too.

Very bad behaviour from receptionist person probably from Bihar (no offense intended but just to point out the culprit). He thinks he is the owner of the hotel and behaves in mannerless way. Kindly employ people with etiquettes and good manners.

The rooms are good but there is no signal in the whole hotel and it is located near Central station and there is no mobile network or no option to contact bu mobile better avoid stay here. But the parking space is available here.

This is the third time I am staying in this hotel. My experience of this hotel is very good..It is near to Central Railway Station & Walking distance from Railway & Metro station gate no. B5 towards Park Street. Rooms are neither compact nor very spacious. Just sufficient space which will not let u feel suffocated or clogged. Best thing about this hotel is it cordial n polite staff behaviour both on counter & during Room Service. Room service is pretty fast. The restaurant is small but good. Room service is also available. Food is delicious n very reasonably priced with right quantity. I must recommend to budget travelers to have a good experience at a reasonable price. One thing I must point out that Rooms & Bathrooms need little repair due to ceiling. Also Hotel must stop smoking inside room as it's smell lies all over corridor n rooms also smells smoky. I hope hotel will look into this. Thanks

Extremely disappointing experience. I had booked a room and when I had walked in, I was asked to wait for a few minutes while they were getting the room ready. I went out to a restaurant nearby and walked in after at least 20 minutes and the room was still not ready. After 10 minutes of waiting again, I was taken to another hotel nearby - Grand Oliver. What was already a pathetic experience, became even worse with the facilities provided in the new hotel. Do not book this hotel. I made a mistake by booking just seeing its proximity to the Central railway station.
