Hi Shounak here, I had never done gym in my life until I joined this gym 4 months back from day 1 Every trainer and yogesh sir paid close attention on my workouts being it to the movements to the days I am skipping gym asking me regularly to come and 4 months after joining I am able to see drastic change in my body, it has been an amazing experience with great guidance and motivation to improve ourselves from sir as well as From all the trainers, they available any time when you are having any queries regarding workouts diet , it is not the time you spent in gym it is about the correct movements, very happy to continue this journey further as well.
