They say it was made by ghosts as humans can't design such great buildings with so much design work. The temple is undoubtedly so beautiful and eye pleasing. You can visit here on your vrindavan visit. It also looks somewhat shady from inside, it can be due to its stories regarding ghosts.

This beautifully crafted architect had seven floors but Aurangzeb destroyed the top four floors. As a result three floors left now where Lord Govind Ji is worshipped.
