Gopal's Sweets Restaurant Bakery - Restaurant in Panchkula - Panchkula, India

I bought sweets from Gopal sweets panchkula sector 20, kaju kalash and kesar kaju barfi. Both items have a unpleasant smell while eating them. Everyone who has eaten it have fallen sick. Such a bad experience.

I ordered paneer naan through Swiggy, they sent naan with almost no Paneer in it, they only painted naan's inner walls with paneer water, this is what I could narrate, Gopal Sweets is a fraud restaurant, I challenge its owners to order and eat with me then decide how you loot Indian and then enjoy overseas with our money. See the actual picture taken, Gopal Sweets owner, if you have any shame then refund my money and improve your food otherwise yours fraud wouldn't last longer. My family dinner was ruined by this fraud restaurant chain. Even, ordered Aloo Paratha was bad too, they swallowed Rs 100 for each naan and then packaging & tax charges.

I was disappointed with my lunch order; the food quality fell short of what I anticipated. It would be beneficial if the restaurant could enhance their culinary standards for a better dining experience."

Rates are very high and quantity of food is less. They are not providing any service, you have to self serve the food and ordered the food at cash counter. Instead another restaurants that I have visited in Panchkula. Quality and quantity is very good.

Ordered veg burger and cholle bhature at this outlet. Both were good. Only problem was no covid precautions and secondly it was packed so no proper place to sit. Self service is another issue but all gopal's are almost self service.

Very bad service my experience was so bad I ordered cake on 2nd November and had to pick it up on 6th November just like I checked cakeSo I saw that the cake was not made as I said, so when I told the manager, he said that this is the same cake as you ordered, then you make a mistake and the staff here does not even accept your mistake from above. If I order something from here, just like my money and time have been dreamed, so can yours and the manager who was there when I went to him with a complaint, his way of talking was very abusing language.He was talking as if we are not human beings, I have put in the photo, you can also check what they have made.1 or 2 photo I was order but 3 or 4 photo they gave me the order

One of the most hygienic places to eat at in sector 20 and a lot of variety at that. They have dining and takeaway both, the whole Gopals menu is operational along with sweet shop. They are also taking sanitization measures.
