Been going to this gym for the last few months. Quiet setting, not too crowded, ample equipment and affordable. The people who come are also extremely nice and pleasant to interact with. It's been a real gamechanger in Ambattur :)
Fully quipped spacious Gym with professional trainers. They support and guide you throughout the workout. Ambience is first class. Hygiene is maintained. Best place to do workout. No fancy or hidden fees... Gym guidelines are transparent and same for all.

The person doesn't even have patience to explain their fee structure over call. Fee details are only provided for walk in customers. Later I received call from the owner and apologized for the same, apart from this mishap I would recommend this gym for weight loss and fitness. The trainer's are very friendly and they know their stuff. This is the only gym where I see the trainers and management of the gym works dedicated to achieve customer's fitness. Overall this the best gym in Chennai.
