Floor trainers are never available for help for clients without trainers. They don't rectify even if our methods are wrong. Needs better trainers
Very badly behaved desk staff. This gym is affiliated to Cult Fit but follow Gold gym rules. The free trials advertised by Cult Fit and the rules apparently dont apply. The instructors do not show interest if you are for a trial. They keep throwing rules at you saying it's for the Gold gym. Please look for other better accommodating gyms in Guwahati. And Cult Fit should seriously audit this place.
Machines are of Good quality...but a bit congested and floor trainer won't help ...u need to have a personal trainer.
Worst experience ever. Left in 2 days. The trainers are non friendly and always pressing for you to take a personal trainer. They stare at you like sexual objects. Just creepy. They cant talk and communicate clearly and it seems there are some client trainer groups that are creating political and harrassing situation mid work
If you want a gym with proper equipments and professional trainning this is the place. They will prepare your diet chart and workout schedule based on your assessment. Personal trainer is also available and best part is they got valet parking.
Poor conflict resolution. Instead of helping puts u in a position where ur harassed. The management is ill equipped and will blame a reputed professional to cover up its poor environment. Some trainers like saurav and vaishali are good. Deep politics. Highly recommended to be avoided.
Adequate equipment available. Spacious. Dedicated room for cardio exercises, separate room for functional training. Hygienic and safe. Cleanliness well maintained. No faulty equipment
Suffocating. Need more spacious weights section. Cardio room is good place to go to die of suffocation. Environment is depressing, no gym vibes. Machines are okay but of not good quality as most of em felt clumsy. The locker rooms have no locker means any person can open your "unlocked lockers". Trainer's won't care about what you do, what your exercising form is until and unless they are your "PT".
