My gym experience has been regrettable. Despite being a member for almost three months, there are no proper trainers to assist with workouts. Personal trainers seem disinterested and unwilling to provide guidance. The lack of a structured workout plan has made my Cult and Gold Gym subscriptions disappointing investments.

I joined this gym 2 months back and so far my experience has been pathetic. The strength training area is small and remains crowded that you struggle to find a place to workout. The PU is coming off from the benches and half of the equipments are damaged. I regret buying elite membership because of my experience. You will never find trainers on the floor and if at all, there will be only one trainer on the entire floor. Personal trainers straight refuse not to assist since they are personal trainers and there is only one general trainer you will find which is a rare seen. Won't recommend anybody joining this gym for the membership fee they are charging.

Vishal is an excellent fitness trainer. His knowledge about maintaining good health is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness he also knows and shares nutrition diet plan for having good health. I highly recommend Vishal if you're ever thinking of working with a Personal Trainer!!! PS: lost 10kilos in 3 months without any supplements or fat burners.

This is my honest experience about this gym. Since i am regular to gym from many years. Recently relocated from kanakpura road gold gym. Unfortunately Kanakpura road gold gym is not merged with any cult authority. This gold gym at the end of bel road is having very old equipments and you wont get plates for barbell as well as you have to struggle for place . All weights are in poound and you keep calcualting in KG. 10 minutes you need think after going there which workout you can do so that you will get place. i had many worst experience. other people will take the plates/weights when your doing without even asking. 14 days pass for golds gym is of no use..after 14 days he told me to go to other gold gym which 7km far from my stay here...I requested it and it is of no use..eventhouugh i am annual member of gold i was thinking what is the use. what is gimmick behing just 14 day pass. No one should take membership of gold it is of no use. People around here trainers not bothered of anything just they will move from floor to floor. My suggestion is to join other gym around the BEL road not this.

A bit small and crowded in the weigh training section. But the area provided for cardio(treadmill) is nice.

Firstly, when gold's gym has started out franchising private ownership it should mention that unsatisfactory gym do exist under the same flagship. The most unsatisfactory and dreadful experience ever with a gym. This is an honest review based on the facility and management. Being one of the first few customers to join the gym ( GOLDS GYM - NEW BEL ) under the facilities and services that was initially promised. The initial days itself was horrendous. Unracked weights, bars, gym accessories and faulty equipment. The whole gold standard had gone under an epidemic. Since it was still the initial days of opening and since the manager and staff compelled on stating that things will be completed and would be running full fledged withing the couple of next couple of weeks which never made any difference. Further most of the initial member stated being unhappy and decided to take no action, after several complaints absolutely no effort was made by the management to take any action. This is regard to the management, ironically there wasn't any management on the first place. The staff were pretty clueless about the gym functioning and the 'Manager' has never turned or was said to be on leave whenever we had an issue. Roughly after the first month we had informed the management that we'd like to quit the gym ( me and my family members who had signed up together ) and would like to get a refund for the membership. This was put forth on regard to one of the customer being refunded on behalf of 'her' similar grievances. Its almost been 6 months since we've put forth a request for refund and there has just been complete ignorance on behalf of the management. If anyone to be reading this review its an opinion to find better gyms around and a real disappointment to the "GOLD'S STANDARD".

Gold's Gym BEL road is an excellent gym! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the facilities are great!! I am very grateful to Sagar, my personal trainer, who not only is a very experienced trainer but also has a great knowledge regarding diet and nutrition. If you have a fitness goal in mind he gives you a very realistic plan to achieve it. On top of that he is a great motivator and makes you WANT to come to the gym, work out, follow your diet plan and fulfil your goal! I have been seeing great results and I feel much healthier and stronger after joining. Thank you so much Sagar and all of the staff at Gold's!
