Gym staff not professional ..Even there is no floor trainer to help u. AC are not working.. just like there staff ..There equipment are great .one star for equipment only
Great place to experience world class equipment. Everything is fabulous like management and training.
Had a visit to the Gym. The equipments are new and good. Exercise floor area is adequate. Free weight area is nicely done up. Has facility of parking, locker, shower and steam bath. Group activity is inactive since the time of Covid. Staff is cordial.

Managers are rude, they have their own policies and will give all the possible extensions on renewal ,worst part is they don't follow any policy of gold's Gym neither standards..The manager will commit something and he denies after a while..I am a member of gold's since 2015 in Gurgaon/Pune/Jbp but Jbp lost the standard would not recommend anyone Please train your managers that how they should behave and talk .
This gym isn't not at all gold standard. They have very limited attachments which are the old school ones. Neither they have steppers nor ample of space to accommodate the people . Most of the staff members are very cheap like the person at the front desk who is seriously lacking etiquette's. They don't have curtains in front glass where cardio equipment's are placed hence if you are visiting the place in afternoon be ready to do cardio in harsh sunlight . Overall this gym is a place which is just messing the image of the multinational golds gym chain .
The atmosphere here is brilliant.....other gym members are very supportive and motivates when required. Guess what ...I wait eagerly all day so that I could go to the gym at evening...just loved it.
