Avoid!! Place is such a disaster. Mismanaged, overcrowded, dirty, bad music, ego headed gym bros, construction noise, and a total RIP OFF! This gym is for rich people who clearly don't care about standards. Management team is totally incompetent, they don't even show up until 3pm. Dirty / dust / and trash everywhere! Prices change based on your skin color and determined by the language you speak. Avoid this place!!

I signed up for a years membership because it was one of the cleanest & I thought a well maintained gym. But to my horror it's filthy, the floors have shoe mark from outside everywhere, the equipment's are never clean & have sweat marks everywhere ! The a/c in the cardio section has not been repaired, since forever. I'm tired of talking to the management who never do anything about it. Expect put toilet paper in the washrooms when asked for! It's really frustrating. Only the weight section seems to be functioning well. Everything else is very conveniently ignored.
The gym is ok...but the personal trainers from South train you on alternate days...total 12 sessions in one month....and they charge full amount for only 12 sessions....they do this to accommodate more n more clients and when u don't see desired results despite paying good Bucks....they will blame your diet schedule which is never the case
It's one the best fitness centre across India, I always get a different vibe here. If I talk about equipments, Gold Gym Srinagar has got the best equipments. Infrastructure is also good.The money I invested for gyming here is really worth it and good for me. I suggest Gold Gym Srinagar to everyone as the vibe here is different.
The Machines are very good space is far better than AlphaAesthetics or Anytime and as compared to other local gyms. No one shows beginners how do workout in golds trainer is with PT not single general Trainers acounding my vision there should be atleast 4general Trainers .
