Cult Other 3rd Party Gym are good But This gym is the worse I had ever been.. I don't know they have So much Attitude . They Don't Know How to with there Members,.. This Was My First at This Gym & Now I will Definitely not to this place.. The Infra is Good But The Trainers are Really Really Bad .

This golds gym branch really serves Pathetic services to their members. I have been going to this gym since 3 months but in the past 1.5 months this gym has just made me quit my workout due to their poor services in terms of personal training. When you try to intimate the matter to the management you definitely not going to have any solution and the PT trainer will try to abuse you physically & verbally. Still the management didn't show any responsibility. This is My suggestion to other female friends that -Do not take PT trainings there with mr Dinesh. Mr. Azam the center manager is none of any use. He is just there to be like a show piece, and doesn't has any professional skill to handle the issues.
Such a pathetic gym I have ever seen... is this the so called "GOLD's GYM", seriously. When you join the gym.. they will tell you all fake facilities. They will tell you - " Valle parking, dietitian, physio, advanced machines, Zumba, yoga, steam bath, 2 floor training ( even 1 is not available). All these fake facilities and once you pay them then everything is operated or delay by Mumbai head branch ( such a lame excuse ). #GoldsGymIndia #onlyatgoldsgym
The golds gym is recently taken over by cult.fit so the place is renovated much cleaner then before and the equipment are also well maintained. A good place to workout for cult pro members. It's located on the main road just opposite the karkardooma food complex.
Hy I am Jaid saifi memeber of Gold's gym in , DAYANAND VIHAR, ABOVE PLATINUM DIAGNOSTICS, DAYANAND VIHAR, DELHI - 110092 I want to complaint against a trainer working in your gym named Tarun. In the morning when i was working out he came to me and disbalanced the machine saying that someone else wants to do an exercise while i was there on the machine, i told him that i am working out right now as soon as i will be free you can use it, but he started talking to me in an abusive manner in front of everyone and talked to me in a very disrespectful way. He also threatened me and used abusive words. I want you to take an action against him as this is not acceptable. Else i will have to recommend my friends and knowns that they should not come in your gym as noone will accept this kind of behaviour.
I joined this gym last year in feb 2022, i found it very comfortable with good behavior staff and there services provided in gym and i have been trained by Mr.Sanjeet malik(personal trainer) he had good experience and with his experience i had better body posture now and muscle gaining and fat loss and i will recommend others to join him(Mr.Sanjeet Malik)..
