Even though it was for a night, we were really pleased with the hospitality and cordial behavior of all staffs from reception to restaurant including room service. The check-in accompanied by welcome drinks and it was quick same as check out. Overall room was good with all amenities, we would have liked a single king size bed instead of twin options but that's OK. They have free car parking at basement which I used to park my car. The approach at the front side road is a bit narrow, could be little difficult if you are coming on a busy working hours ( there is a nursing home opposite to the hotel) Overall the stay was excellent and would definitely like to visit again. This is probably the best hotel w in Berhampur.
Staffs are very cooperative. Rooms are good. Room Tariff is little higher side but worth it. Only one negative point I am able to find. At bathroom drainage system is poor. In both the room I faced same issue.
Best hotel in the locality at a very reasonable price. Rooms decor, comfort and cleanliness is superb. Services are awesome. The quality and spread of foods are fabulous. A value for money in all respects.
The hotel is premium with all facilities. This is not a budget hotel so the price is on the higher side. Food is costly but taste is good. There is lots of options available in Breakfast. Tea will cost you 120+ tax . Only bad thing is that it is opposite to a big Hospital and vibes are not good if you understand what I mean. Overall good Experience and will recommend
The hotel surprised us by being quite an upscale one with all amenities. Staff are super helpful. View is average from the room. We had a problem with smell, the floor manager immediately changed us to a suite.
Had to make sure I stayed here twice before a full review. So here it goes: Rooms: Absolutely immaculate, at par with any Kolkata based 5 Star along the lines of a Vivanta or Lemon Tree. Lobby lined with carpets, motion sensor lighting, humidifiers; every single small detail makes the experience equivalent to a reputed 5-star chain. Service: Prompt and polite, exactly what you'd expect. Faced absolutely no hiccups during both stays. Food: Coming to the best part, probably the best breakfast buffet options according to my experience in Berhampore and I've stayed in almost every major hotel. In-room dining fantastic as well, tried only the Indian and Mughlai options but absolutely bowled over by the quality. Did not expect this level of quality and options from my previous experiences in other hotels. All in all a definite recommendation for all my Sales/Business or even Medical professionals who frequent this town for work. Prices might be slightly on the higher side but they deliver absolute value for what they charge.
Overall the food was pretty good but one thing of note, apparently laal maans is sweet traditionally as qouted by the chef but as far as I know traditionally it is hot and spicy with a red gravy as opposed to the blackish and utterly tasteless gravy we got yesterday in our laal maans and the chef's attitude was a bit cocky and arrogant even though he wasn't in the right here. The service was excellent and kudos to the service team
Location is very noisy and non tourist friendly as it touches two big hospitals. The service we experienced today is aweful because 1. No one told us that they offer valley parking. Had to park in basement and come up using the same ramp with four kids 2. Forgot to serve welcome drinks 3. Gave Swimming pool to some private party depriving other guests to access these entitlement as per the package. 4. Bathrooms are flooding and there seems to be no solution 5. The indoor sports room took 2 hours waiting to get open 6. When complaining about these the Management staff shows attitude and rudeness especially one yound front office manager present during our arrival at 4 pm today, 6th Oct 2023
