Excellent fitness trainer, knowledge, very friendly behavior. They keep track of individual health, shares suggestions and nutrition diet plans to maintain good health. I remember when I joined 5 years ago with target to gain a healthy weight and maintain good BMI, being vegetarian I achieved it bit slow in about 6 months, but it became stable weight. Whether it is type of gym equipment or staffs behavior or their knowledge I find all good here. I really appreciate their efforts and dedication. Thanks to entire team :)

Is it about the gym equipments and the affordability always? Well, this review on the female coach/trainer as a friendly person looks a little biased to me. The very reason I registered here was to get help with my fitness regime, but on the contrary I was faced with body shaming by the female trainer along with another male coach with another gym mate. This is definitely not acceptable for me to be mocked at by them as a team against someone who is in need of assistance. They must really work on being a sensible human first. Calling it friendly, I don't think anyone must be subjected to such embarrassment. Bullying in any form must not be encouraged.

Good quality gym with enough equipment. Female trainer is very helpful and knowledgeable. Providing proper schedule as per customer needs and providing a diet plan. She is very cooperative and i must recommend this gym if you want great results... at a reasonable price.... Thank you akka....

Dedicated fitness centre with a bunch of dedicated folks to oversee the operations. The place is great and the attention provided to all members and constantly motivating each person's individually is really appreciable. The centre is apt for all people.
