Nice gym and not so conjusted.
Crowded in the peak hour. Best time go in the morning and evening after 7pm.
The cost is 1000+300 for registration in the 1st month.
Cons: the trainer doesn't care much of the new joiners after, he just tell some exercises and leave to his favourite people in the gym, each and every time we need to go and ask him what to do. And i felt not worth (for me) paying 1000.
Many in the gym come and record their videos and don't leave others to do(i faced).
I have done workout in almost all well known best gym's in bangalore and this one among them.
It's a really good place to workout with modern advance machines and equipments.

The gym has latest machineries with wide range of effective workouts option from Salman Khan brand. The owner of the gym is a gem of a person and always there to help you. I would rate this gym very high around the surrounding considering the facilities they have to offer.
They are also planning to come up with cross fit trainings and Zumba. I would certainly recommend this gym around Jayanagar.

Peaceful atmosphere to workout especially in the afternoon.
Equipments are moderate and there's not a very wide collection.
Example :- there's no proper bench press area, instead only a Smith machine is available.
