It's a good place to workout and the fees they charge are surprisingly low when compared to other gyms...if you're a intermediate or a novice in workouts...you would love this place ...if you're a beginner....it's tough to train here...proper trainer is not available...

Posting this review after couple of weeks of Daily Workout. Ambience is good. The trainer is punctual and takes special care of every individual, helps and guides with interest. Sufficient good equipments and definitely offers that peace of mind for new comers (especially for introverts like me). Price is good compared to similar Gyms. And for those who complained about AC - there are around 5 descent conditioned Split AC's running all time keeping the temperature perfect. If u need to be super chilled like in your bedroom, then please stay at home ! Excercise is all about sweating out
Very old gym. No proper trainers. All equipment are old. The thread mill they have is very pathetic . They'll mention it as AC for that sake they have 2 non-running ACs. There is no one called as trainer for that gym. One good thing is it has very flexible timings. But the ambience will be very bad. But they have equipments if you are experienced person ( who can do without proper guidance) you can try it out. But if you are new to gym I won't recommend.
