Nice Gym, Well behaved and experienced training staff, Free BMI checkup and Diet plan, Well maintained Life fitness equipments and steam bath. All n all well maintained and good Gym for beginners at this price range. A bit congested but it's manageable

It's a good place for people starting out there fitness journey. The prices are relatively high but they do give discounts and reduce the prices if you ask them to do so. They have plans for 1 day, 1week , 2weeks which was fascinating for me because I saw that for the first time. They do your bmi when you first go to the gym.

So here is my review of Gold Gym Bhilai. TBH, the machines, equipments are good and well placed. The trainers are cool too. But the only thing that intrigued me is the behavior of the staff who sit in the reception area. They will not leave a stone unturned to get your renewal done. You might end up receiving calls and messages from them. Trick:Never provide your whatsapp number or even if possible provide some old phone number. Moreover, the office staffs are quite arrogant. Keep in mind to get your receipts in time, I have heard a lot of cases wherein they sell you a 2+1 package but only allow you to practice in the 1st month. And try to pay digitally, to have a record that you paid them xyz amount. There are a lot of cheaters around, but you should keep yourself aware of all this frauds. 1* only for the trainers and equipments

A good spacious gym with specific machines for every muscle movement... Nice and guiding general trainers. A little expensive but worth it

Such a third class and worst gym.they only give importance to the renewal of membership.no interest in renewal of such a old and third class gym and equipments.when you visit their everytime the fraud owner and the staff who don't have manners to talk will only say sir renewal kar du... when still have 2 months left for it.and will stop you from doing workout.international fraud's gym.

I would have given zero stars if there was an option.worst gym..trainers doesn't guide u properly..some trainers even asked me to pay them personally instead of giving to gym Untill and unless you pay them the trainer even say u basics.feeling bad for wasting my money .worst gym

The name should not be gold's Gym it should be fraud's gym.the owner and the staff are fully fraudsters.first they will sell you the package of 2+1 but will allow you to do workout only for 1 month.and will not give the receipt of the payment you did to them.when you argue with them they will say that the manager had changed and the fraudy owner will say that you have paid for one month only.

Great ambience and trainers with good knowledge.. best and easvance equipments
