Trainers are good and trained from Pune. They help new comers in maintaining body postures according to thier diet. They never do false claims as you can easily lose this much weight within two weeks or four weeks. They comment as per measurements of one's body types and thier diet. Else gym atmosphere is good. It is small and in a residential area which means all types of family crowd. I think registration fees is Rs 600.
Excellent trainers, great environment and equipments are awesome altogether it's a really good place to workout :) .
