This market is the oldest community market in Pashan and I have visiting here since 2001. Recently there is concrete carpeting and also the walkways are concertized. A very calm and pleasant shopping complex . It's hard to believe that the Gol market was built in 1965 , and few new shops were added in 1991 . This is a complete shopping complex with a Nationalised bank (Punjab National Bank ) , A fully equipped Post office , A gas cylinder agency (Bharat Gas) , a Sweet shop , a Ladies Beauty Parlour , A Gents Barber , 2-3 cloth stores , A vegetable shop , A small Restaurant, A tailor , A flour mill , An Electronic shop , and a Stationery shop where you get office supplies too . Ample parking spaces and convenient access for all.
Gol market is good and Charan shop is also good because Charan Samosas is good. I'm going daily, eating samosa. Near the post office,Punjab National Bank is also here. Great place to shop for those traditonal things which are required for a pooja. You name it and this market got it for you. Only drawback is that the market is too congested and crowded (well which market us not) but there are elements who put their cars through this small market causing huge jam. Thats the only annoying thing, else this place has everything you need for your pooja needs
