Bus are good and comfortable. Bus stop is bit small. You won't be able to recognise it from moving vehicle. Buses are really better than srs or vrl and other major travels. They also provide pillow and blanket.

Bus was good, neat and hygienic, and bus staffs are also polite, they had given water bottle and juice, 30 minutes break for dinner, but those free wise and tv was not working

One giant claustrophobic, unhygienic, unprofessional and suffocating travel experience, Literally the most traumatising experience of my life!! Worse of the worst service. First of all when my lower deck seat was taken by somone else, it was not professionally handled and I was asked to "adjust" in the seat of some other absentee passenger on the upper deck even though I clarified that upper deck makes me puke! Then the curtain rod on the window kept falling in my all night long, worst hygiene, there was hair all over the bed, ew! Mostly got heart attach when I saw so many cockroaches lurking on my bed of different sizes not one not two, many!! The bed was so congested and claustrophobic. I had to sit entire journey of 10 hours in a corner because I get panicked when I see so many cockroaches in my sleeping area. I puked when the bus stopped at 3 am and I couldn't sleep for one good minute , by back hurt due to sitting so much and the window and the cockroaches lurking oh god!! It was one bug hell for me. Don't book this bus because you'll definitely fall sick after the journey. I am writing this review as I I lay down with painkillers and antibiotics in my body due to the pain and trauma this travel agency has given me. Bit to mention the delay on 2 hours also... Bad badder baddest in every way and word possible!!

Unreliable due to mechanical or technical problems. - 2 in last 4 months that I travelled. While the bus interiors are clean with bed sheets and blankets, the buses themselves seem old/refurbished. Today the bus had some tech problem from the start, reached 4 hrs late to Pune. Last time there was check engine light on, driver did not cross 40 kmph whole night leading to delay. Don't use this service if time is critical

The journey was delayed by an abnormally long period, causing inconvenience to not only myself but also other passengers who had planned their schedules accordingly. This lack of punctuality exhibits a disregard for the value of customers' time. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to service disruptions or inconveniences. However, the problems I encountered during this journey were avoidable and reflect a lack of attention to detail . I kindly request that you take my complaints seriously and take appropriate actions to rectify the issues. I suggest implementing measures to ensure the maintenance of your buses, .Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if you could review and improve the punctuality of your services to reduce inconveniences for passengers. I am hopeful that you will investigate the matter promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution to my concerns. If necessary, I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience and unpleasant experience that I endured during the journey.

I was traveling from Pune to Hubli Bus is good clean AC was working well but time is not followed properly Stops at Belgaum Dharwad for long time Scheduled reaching time for Hubli was 7.15 expected time to reach is about 9.00 Almost 2 hours late

I recently booked a trip from Goa to Pune, but unfortunately, I found the compartments to be incredibly small. Even with a height of 5.10 feet, it was impossible to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the service provided by this particular travel company paled in comparison to its competitors. It was frustrating to discover that I didn't receive the vehicle details until just an hour before departure. Moreover, they made stops at hotels with subpar food quality. Furthermore, the windows were so difficult to close that it required excessive force. Considering all these drawbacks, I strongly advise potential travelers to reconsider before booking a ticket with this company.

I booked ticket from pune to goa. Bus was late for more than 2 hours for pickup. We reached goa 3 hours late. Zero cleaning, rude bus boy. Never book this travellers.
