Osam Hotel ...Nice Staff ..Owner Nature really good...They are following actual rules of Hotel..Family environment..Every thing was good ..I stayed 4 nights..I never felt uncomfortable...Receptionist staff and service all are good and respected talk.

Ideally located. Good beds and furniture. Affordable rate. Supportive and polite staff. Walking distance to Kali Mata Mandir. Don't forget to enjoy the inhouse vegetarian restaurant. Good and clean Blankets. Good water heater in the toilet. You will definitely enjoy the stay. Close access to Temple, public transport and local restaurants. inhouse restaurant with variety of vegetarian menu is another benefit. Value for money. Good front desk staff.

Rooms are neet and clean. Staff is also cooperative. And location of hotel is near by railway station as well bus stand of patiala .

Very nice location. Next to the famous Kali Mata Mandir. Neat and clean room. Very polite hotel staff. Manager level staff at front desk. Extra blanket and pillows available in the room. Good location with access to public transport and restaurants. Inhouse restaurant. Value for money.

Perfect place to stay. Great location just walking from kali mata mandir & Omaxe mall & Market areas . Hotel not allowed outside food rest but in house restaurant . Staff & manager polite nature & helpful . Hotel rooms clean also you can watch TV with all chanel.

worst hotel i have ever seen out of all the business trips i have been on till now. let me tell you an incident which happened with me there. i am a musician and it was a business trip. me and my colleague (female) booked two separate rooms. we were having plan to record the vocals and guitar section for one of our projects, which obviously couldn't be done outside as it captures noise. but these people didn't allow us to sit in a room even record. we ordered some food, waiter came and saw the keys of other room are here, went to manager and then manager made call to my room and said us to be in your own rooms (obviously in a very rude manner, because that's the best thing they know on how to deal with their guests). as per their words, they don't allow a male and a female in a room. that's so obviously that any mature person would obviously read the policies of any hotel and then only would book a room and that's what i did. i knew that don't allow different gender to check-in... that's why we booked two separate rooms. moreover we were not comfortable booking one room as we were just colleagues. we went to them explain them the whole scenario and manager and staff was like shouting at us. finally, i asked them to provide us a common place/hall/room so that we can atleast perform our tasks like recording and stuff for which have planned this meet. manager called to their owner, and the owner allowed us to sit in a hall( it was a restaurant in their basement). seems like the owner was good and understanding of things who allowed us to sit there and we could achieve our goal upto some extent atleast. but in the restaurant as well, when the other staff come to know that we are recoding there they started to make noise of talking which was looking they were doing it deliberately. i wish the owner was there at that moment cause i believe would have understood the situation unlike the staff. i even asked the staff to make me talk to the owner so that i can atleast explain the situation from my end atleast, which they denied to. this was a almost a total wastage of my money and time on this trip. even the food was not much tasty, manchurian which they provided was exactly how a newbie would make by looking at a video. would ask anyone trying to book room in this hotel for scenario like as, just drop the plan. solo traveler might like this but worst hotel for business trips.

very nice location of Hotel walking distance from Kali Mata temple also food options available at reasonable pricing. value for money Hotel . service is ok especially the counter person Abhishek is very good along with Papaji sitting at the counter. the hotel is okay for family also good inside environment along with location also very near by to temple and Shera wala Gate also walking distance
