Not a good experience with Godrej as i purchased lakhs worth of products from them but some defects come to existence while the products got delivered after writing several emails and calls to showroom they told that this defects are caused from your end or during transportation and cant even send a single technician to see those defects. Yet they claim to be the India's one of the top company with best after sales service but now i came to know what below the standard service they have. Just over priced products they have in their portfolio and worst after sales service with no technician coming to you after several calls and emails.
P.S. After the purchase members from their organisation asked to give 5 star rating to them which is totally customer choice to give.
