Super pathetic service .. bought almirah worth 50 k. First of all they took so much time to deliver , after that they installed it incorrectly. After repeated calls and follow ups, they send someone at least a week later which ultimately resulted in damaging the marble flooring of my apartment while moving and rectifying the almirah. The owner and the staff couldn't care less about the damage. Would kindly request all not to buy from them and go for other Godrej dealers and save their precious time and money.
I am using this Godrej Almirah for past 10 month and quality of the product is really very good, but the only issue is with the drower lock, it's not feel like Godrej standard and now almirah drower is completely locked and unable to open it. I tried to reach out the shop but it's not going through, if anyone has the contact details please share with me.
Worst service, Can't believe that I will have to followup so many times for my drawer. I've booked in Nov.2nd nd I got on Jan 2nd...After many follow-ups. It's disgusting.. They only know how to take order...Nd forgot about delivery date and quality. Even they sent me a wrong item which I haven't purchased.
