I had to deliver a birthday cake to my niece who stays in Pandua. I called the shop from Mumbai. The owner was very proactive and customer friendly. He not only whatsapped me pictures of lovely cakes but also offered to organise a bouquet of red roses for the birthday girl. He helped me complete the transaction online and the cake and flowers were delivered in an hour. Imagine sitting in Mumbai and getting this done through instructions over the phone. Very efficient and overwhelming customer service. I am impressed.
