Used to consult Dr. Jayanthi madam here. She's a very good gastroenterologist. Appointment is recommended for any doctor consultation and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There's car parking and bike parking too.
A very big thanks to the Global hospital team. We went there initially to have a check up for my mother who had recurring abdominal pain. A surgery was planned for my mother. Thanks to Dr. Jayanthi mam, Dr. Srinivas Reddy sir, Dr. Mahadevan sir and their entire team who very patiently explained us everything and made us feel like there is nothing to worry about. The doctors were round the clock monitoring my mother. When it comes to the staffs, I would like to make a special mention and thanks to Mr. Vetri from Adyar branch, who has been a great support and help to us. He was really kind to help us out and guide us through each and every process very patiently, starting from admission to insurance etc. He supported us until the day of discharge and he made sure everything went well and we had a hassle free discharge. And also thanks to Mr. Shyam from Perumbakkam branch for coordinating all the processes for surgery with us. And last but not the least huge thanks to all the nurses who were extremely kind and helpful.
