Ajay is an ideal fitness coach because he knows his stuff as well as he is easy to talk to. You can share your fitness worries and questions with him and he will ensure that they are answered to your satisfaction. He motivates you to complete the set when one is ready to give up midway. Always encourages and leads by example. He gave me best results and better flexibility in few months, Highly recommended. Loved it

The instructors are nice, they know the workout well and it can be customized for each and everyone despite it being a group session, tell them about your injury to avoid any issue during workout. You would be sweating yourself off, at the end of any workout, also it gives you a satisfying feeling. Thanks for glam fitness my goal helps
There is a very professional trainer, I lost almost 44 pounds over a month under there guidence. In addition there's a environment for exercise which motivates me and now i love doing exercise even in lockdown I found myself doing exercise and following there routine at home.
