Spacious good parking place, near to lake, good atmosphere around. Overall a very good place.
Could've been better maintained, not so lively surrounding, but nonetheless the apartments here are just worth it and you get access to swimming pool and gym and spacious parking space.
I stay here. I really get the peace of mind when I get back home. Nice apartment complex with ample space for children to play, decent swimming pool, walking/jogging track around the apartment, decent community hall for small parties, enthusiastic and energetic association, cooperative mixed-culture residents.
It has really nice swimming pool, and the rooms were quite spacious, it is a very good vacation home. I visit my cousins every year, it is a very quiet area. Moreover, I liked visiting and crashing here every now and then, but time restricted me from learning blore. But my memories will remain here.

The apartment is around 1.5 kms from the doddaballapur road. It has amenities like small play area for kids, a small gym, swimming pool and a community hall at the roof top. Building construction quality is not that good. Lots of leakages. One more thing I observed is power cut frequency. They have generator but it's restricted to one light and tv. Parking lots are also very much congested.
