The staffs are great in everything..but its rooms are not that great like it's name fame..... But i have to say the food is out standing... & The breakfast is world-class.... I loved the most there is its breakfast

Excellent staff, very polite and always helping specially the staff in the restaurant . The food is tasty and served to our content. The rooms are good and the overall palace theme is simply amazing. This is a 2-star hotel with a 4-star service. One cannot pay for a 2-star hotel and expect 5-star experience. My stay here was very pleasant. I have seen some 3-star hotels in the US that would look like roach motels compared to this hotel. Well done Ginger team! I would also like to mention Nihaal Sharma, a young front desk staff member. Dibya, Arabinda, Nandan, Deepak, and Ramkrishna served me food during breakfast and dinner during my recent stay in this hotel. I must appreciate extremely good services rendered by these staff in its restaurant. The quality of food on each occasion was really good, homely and sumptuous too.
