Ginger is one of the best places to stay in Agartala. The rooms are small and may lack modern facilities, but the service I received was outstanding. They serve the best food in Agartala and the staff are highly professional. They do deserve a five-star rating from me.
It was the worst ever experience staying at GINGER Agartala. A very shabby hotel, rooms are out dated with dirty curtains, broken table, dilapidated washroom. Besides, no one takes the call at reception on most occasions. You need to call them up several times for a single thing. Quality and variety of the food is pathetic as well. Services offered by local hotels that cost 1K-2K are better than GINGER Agartala. My suggestion is, please do not book here. If you stay here you will have the most pathetic experience of your life. I wish I could rate them NEGATIVE as they do not even deserve 1 star.
location is very good, near by to all govt offices, high court, CM Office and all other govt officers are just walking. Market is approx 5 km away. food taste is very good but buffet lunch & dinner varieties are having very limited options. Room is just like air conditioned dharamshala its very old furniture same for bathroom, no ventilation in bathroom, need to complain every-time for washroom smell.
Rooms are good. Well furnished. Easy to book. Food is good here. Location is near to the airport but a bit far from main market area of the town. Cafe downstairs is good.
The hotel is located on the main road in a beautiful location, besides being a walk around pond and with street food adjacent to it, especially for evening and morning walks, it is a 3 star hotel, Rooms are decent however little old and compact, food is good specially the morning breakfast, spacious parking, one can find ATM within the premises, CCD is located within the building on the backside if someone wants to spend quality time with your loved ones,
Rooms are OK. Receptionists are good. However, breakfast menu could have been better as there are only a few items. Room service guys take much longer than usual to provide what has been asked even though that's a spoon. They never use room fresheners while cleaning the rooms. One will have to individually call them again and then only they will use.
Perfectly located hotel with decent food and very well mannered staff. Clean rooms and happy to have found very clean and relatively new towels.
Rooms are pathetic. Cigarette smelling rooms with no proper wifi. Food quality is not good. Hot water doesn't come properly. Hotel is pretty old so you see that worn out look in every thing around you.
