The resort is very nice ambience and rooms. The food is good . The staff are very nice and obedient.Specical Thanks to Mr Dey ,Manager of the Resort for his polite, cordial and cooperative behaviour. A nice place to stay when in Ghatshila
There is no room service. No person available at night. Room fare is too high other than available rooms. Totally wastage of money. Not acceptable. Strongly recommending not to stay at this place.
We have visited last week The worst hotel of the planet I must say. No fooding no room boy. Total scam is there.
We visited this place on the date of 14th April and till 16th April morning we stayed into this property
And I must say this is the worst property we have ever visited
The room which they provided us there's have no proper bed like one leg of that bed was broken
And instead of mineral water they provided tap water and by that after coming from this place i faced food poisoning issue
Into that resort we're the only couple for 3 days not a single human was there
Even the owner he didn't even knock us for a single time that we're alive or not
And literally every night we faced powercut issue for atleast 3 to 4 hours
And there's a lot of water issues like if we're going for washroom there's no water to flush the stool or there's no water for shower
We faced some spooky things into this property also and the owner was so bad like at the time of check out as we complained when he came to collect the money he was about to hit my husband
Please guys do not go for this property if you want to have a safe and secure holiday experience
1st jan we visited this hotel. booked it from Kolkata ,and booked it after talked to Tarak Dey ,very rough behaviour . He treat gest like his servenr. Maximus review are byer and won people. Dont go to this hotel to see this review. room door broken with poor service Bathroom geyser not working properly with Basin water tap broken and also no TV in every room , as well as fooding quality is very poor with high rate no hotel boy is available at night as they all get leave from 6 p.m., must avoid this hotel in Ghatsila.
Room rent is high with no facility except a showcase geyser. Manager of this hotel is mentally sick and his behavior very rough and he is liar. Foods are very costly with poor quality. Now no hotel boy is available in full day. Location of the hotel is not good. So do not waste your money and time and must avoid this hotel.
The hotel is three storey building. Every floor has six rooms with attached bath and balcony. There is geyser in every bathroom. The rooms are clean and marble settings. 24 hours water and electricity available. All the staff are good. Food quality is also good. Pretty much home made like. They will also arrange cars for sight seeing and to pick-up tourist from station.
