The employees who are the most incompetent, reckless, and inefficient Even though it might just take one or two days for your package to arrive at SGR, delivery from this point takes an additional ten to fifteen days. They operate like such; do not depend on them.

Worst service we paid for speed post and it reached after 13 days

Timing mentioned online till 6 pm but they said on gate only till 4 pm.. for public they must mention till 4 pm online. Their online timing misleading. Plz correct the timing..

Not much crowdy nor have to wait for long to get your things done i.e packaging the stuff which you want to courier or receive from there. Staff should act little bit more corporative and attentive to the costumers. Many costumers aren't much aware of sending and receiving things via courier. They need to be made aware with humbleness.

Waiting for my parcel from last 07 days... It took 3 days to reach from dehli to Srinagar and from last 04 days it shows parcel dispatched at Srinagar stg tmo.
