I really have questions about how much there knowledge about gemstone. I live in South Africa. As my astrologer suggested I was buying golden topaz from Tham. They send me citrine and said it's golden topaz. After I ask my astrologer and research about it, It is nowhere near and nothing similar. Citrine and golden topaz totally two different gemstone. Bcz of them they wanted to make fool I did wasted almost 30,000 rupees.
I had bought a panna stone from them it was totally Opaque, I had read the comments so went to a certified lab to get it checked, stone is genuine, but it was overpriced by at least 5 times the price available in the market with the same certification as per the gemologist / expert. very disappointed with Khanna Gems. Sir, why did you not ask for the invoice from people who have posted nice reviews for you? how do we know these are genuine reviews and not from your own team members?
