No punctuality,they tell u to report 30 minutes before departure at 7:05am.But the bus is simply not there .When u try to contact them at their contact no,s given on their website u r informed the no,s do not exist! The bus arrives 15 minutes late.When told the conductor boldly informs u sab chalta hai.On entering the bus u r greeted by loud jarring noise of the running ac which seems to be in urgent need of maintenance and which sadly u have to endure through the entire journey.So overall it is "sab chalta hai".

Worst exp. today with gaurav lux. As per tkt cost, bus n service is not up to level. They must charge as non Ac bus since almost every journey Ac being failed and bus broken-down in my last two trips.

Redbus loots, actual price of ticket is 250 they charged 630 , plz never opt for red bus for bettiah

Buses are good as compared to other operators. Offers water bottles. No working contact number of respective cities available. Buses are often delayed by 10-15 minutes.

These people are cheaters, I b booked ticket for my mother yesterday from Ranchi To Patna in AC Volvo/ Benz in Gaurav Luxury Bus as she had to go to Patna for a sudden death in our Family. FMN1ZHTX71G Passenger Name: Mrs.Usha Singh The total fare charged was 713.30 But the bus service providers are literally cheaters, she was boarded on another normal bus and the fare of such bus is hardly 300-350. When i had given a call to the Helpline No.provided: 9771423913 , Mr.Shaswat told me do whatever you feel like. I had given call to Mr.Shashank yesterday evening for the confirmation of the Vehicle No.but he did not provide the same purposely as they are cheaters. Kindly take strict actions otherwise i Would be taking the case to the consumer court. Thnx, Kalpana Singh

Its costliest & poorest bus service in the route. Bus drivers & conductors behave as typical goons. On 12 May'17 they all ran away leaving the passengers with their faulty bus. Pathetic Terrible service, please dont take this.
