My friend had severe anxiety and in the session she gave generic solutions like eat healthy or sleep on time. This is pathetic. There are medication, anxiety controling techniques or some sort of talk therapy to control anxiety. This not just wasted our time and money but also my friend's spirit to take any more sessions. Shameful.

Navendu sir and Manisha madam helped me to fight with my anxiety problem. My situation before meeting them was very horrible but later because of the treatment through both medicine and counselling I am feeling happy now and I am able to focus well in my studies. I am sort of words right now but it will not work at all. If talking about the experience then it is out of the world. I am pursuing my bachelor's internship at the esteemed clinic by Dr.Manisha Mam. It's only 3 days of my internship and I can feel drastic changes in me. Just imagine by the only internship I can feel so much calm than how it will be when we get counseling sessions, I can bet on it that definitely, we will meet the better version of ourselves. Our mental health is a must and I strongly recommend this clinic as Mam and Sir both are the most humble, down-to-earth, very well co-ordinated persons I have never met yet. The environment of the clinic has very positive strong vibrations. I must say, for everyone who needs guidance without a second thought approach to the clinic, it will be very beneficial not only for individuals but for society as well. I worked under Dr.Manisha as an intern. I learnt priceless lessons and skills used in the field of mental health services. She provides a safe space for talking about topics/subjects that we usually find difficult to discuss. She is sensitive, open-minded and has strong ethics. The 'GMHC' is the best mental health clinic in ajmer. Dr. Manisha is exceptionally good at the job, moreover she treats people by being their friend and not their doctor ( An attitude less prevalent in today's doctors) .

We were having some serious family issues that included a teen. We had a complete disaster visit with another Dr with great reviews. Then we hesitantly went to Navendu ji and Manisha ji on a friends recommendation. We are glad to have found them. They are patient and they know how to put the patient on the right track. We never really thought that counseling can help this much. Manisha ji is absolute delight to talk to and she is a brilliant Counselor. Upon seeing good results, we thought of taking her help for another issue and we are definitely very happy with the results.
