Awesome housing by Gaur's in Greater Noida the society and location is also good but it is costlier and little bit of crowdy .the society has basic facilities such as parking and lift and amenities like swimming pool ,Temple, Parks, market gated society with security guards. This is a complete residential place with apartments, and a shopping complex that comprises of shops of all your basic needs like grocery, dairy, medicine, salon, sweet shop, food corners, gift shop and lots more. The society itself is very good. Decent flats for rent also

Gaur city is providing good flat which has good ventilation and park inside the society. The best thing of living in Gaur City is etiquette society and mall within kilometres. The magnificent temple and huge stadium. The convenience is good to go anywhere.

It will be a good place to live may be after all construction work is done but considering the number of apartments here traffic and pollution level will keep on increasing day by day. Metro is planned to come but not sure by when.

Though it'sa good housing society but trust worthy brands are missing in its community market , with population over thousands residing in all avenues get substandard services on the name of maintainence . Regular increments in maintainence charges without any filter. No provisions of flexibility as other societies have ! And most disappointed is people don't complain because they have adopted the system with silence as there is no government laws on it. Its inneed Builders should take change initiatives atleast provide some brand markets like Bigbazaar or other famous which could make life of residents easy . As , everything in society is over priced and no facility for wellness on most of the avenues
