Very rude behaviour by saini gangotri receptionist (may be owner)at their nagpur office, near bus stand. You are not allowed wait at their office premises, especially if you have online bookings. They asked to come, just before 15 min of departure. Saini travels plz take the note...

Ask for more commission on every booking. Should consider other travel agents.

Horrible receptionist, vishwa travels take note , if such is the behaviour of your ticket providers, your new travels wont stand a chance to other previous travels. Nagpur latur route

Worst travels service provider ever......I booked my tickets online with redbus...the boarding point was saini gangotri travels.. So I just sat on their chair till my bus arrives. And gangotri travels counter Manager denied that I can't sit on their chairs as the ticket was was booked online... worst experience ever.

Good waiting arrangements

Pathetic journey!!!! The bus got failed in between and to repair we are still waiting. From 12:20 am till now i.e 3:30am still the bus is getting repaired. Humble request to all plz never go with travel agency again in life!!!! I want my money back which i paid for such a disgusting journey. Drivers are so damn rude being alone its scary too

private luxury buses to various cities like hyderabad aurangabad shirdi pune etc available from this place. Waiting area available . but very congested place . sometimes buses not coming here instead some guide will take you to a junction nearby. you may have to run with him towards the actual bus atop. if you are a routine passenger you may find this convenient. They guide you well.
